All-Ways Catering began in January of 2015 when Jacob Fierley, with the support and encouragement of his family and friends, took a step of faith. Jacob has loved to cook since his was a child and got his first restaurant job at the age of 16. Since then he has honed his skills in the kitchen, cooking and developing recipes, along with growing his abilities to manage business. Personal relationships are his passion, and he uses his skills in the kitchen to garner relationships, with customers but also his employees.
All-Ways Catering serves daily lunches for offices all over the Knoxville and surrounding areas. They provide creative meals for events like wedding receptions and rehearsal dinners, corporate events, holiday and birthday parties, and class reunions. They also create unique menus for in-home private dinners. They have also served hundreds of people for fund raisers for various non-profits.
All-Ways Catering started in the kitchen of Jacob’s home with one client. Since that first day in 2015, Jacob has grown his business into a thriving company with hundreds of clients and fully-furnished commercial kitchen. As the company continues to grow, so does the vision for the company. All-Ways Catering will still be meeting the daily catering needs of Knoxville as they expand into a cafe breakfast and lunch space on the South Knoxville waterfront.
